 In case of emergency on the beach, dial 112 or 15 and at sea call 196 or VHF channel 16. At the end of Le Lavandou, well sheltered behind the rocky point of Cap Nègre, the beach of Pramousquier keeps an air of mystery. Its protected access is through small pedestrian paths not easy to access which are shared with the town of Rayol-Canadel. The sand was used for major post-war reconstruction works and gave a privilege to the residents. Dogs are not allowed on this beach.
